  • Our Recruitment Journey
    We aim to put you at ease throughout the recruitment journey. We want to give you the opportunity to be at your best. We shortlist applicants against a set of clear competencies and take the top trainee applicants though to an assessment centre. The assessment centre takes a full day and includes a number of different exercises, giving everyone the opportunity to demonstrate their strengths. It is led by our Partners and gives you an opportunity to experience our firm's people and culture.

  • How we support the community
    Our business activities will inevitably have an impact on our people (including our clients and suppliers), the community and the planet. We are fully committed to reducing these impacts and are implementing a corporate social responsibility (‘CSR’) strategy in order to make a positive social, economic and environmental impact. Our aim is to embed CSR into mainstream practices across the firm and deliver meaningful outputs against our corporate objectives. We have active social and charity working groups and have a nominated Charity of the Year. Last year we raised over £6,000 for the Alzheimer's Society through an active programme of events including Jog on Dementia, a family cinema day and the inevitable cake sale. We give time out for participation in approved volunteering events and are members of Business in the Community. We are committed to controlling and reducing the environmental impacts associated with our office and working practices, to protecting the environment through preventing pollution, and complying with all applicable legal and other requirements, together with the requirements of ISO 14001:2015.
