fscom is a boutique compliance and regulatory consulting firm. We specialise in the provision of compliance advice to leading FinTech clients. We offer advisory and assurance services in three core areas financial crime, cyber security and regulatory compliance.

We work with some of the world’s leading global FinTech companies and would deal with market leading payment services and e-money institutions, fx brokers and challenger banks. Our clients are very much at the forefront of the financial services industry and as such we work closely with them to advise them on the regulation in their areas in a commercial way whilst they grow and develop.

We Partner with a number of global banks and law firms and have won the Platinum Compliance Awards for “best compliance/law firm” for two consecutive years.

Our main head office is in Belfast but we also have a strong presence in Dublin and London with our core client base being based around London and across Europe. We have strong growth plans moving forward and plan to considerably grow our Belfast office.

    We have an open and friendly culture at fscom. Whilst we have grown over the last few years we have ensured we have maintained this culture. Our Directors are very accessible and are very focused on working closely with the teams to ensure they transfer their knowledge and skills throughout the business. They are all directly involved in coaching and mentoring the teams on a daily basis.     We have a strong induction programme at fscom which covers our company culture, values, overviews of our key technical areas. We also include training on core consulting and business skills to ensure that all new starts with fscom get the technical knowledge but also the softer skills required to ensure they are a success.
