  • Our Recruitment Journey
    We strive to put the customer first, therefore a high level of professionalism and the ability to deliver an exceptional level of customer service are key qualities that we look for in our candidates. If you apply for a role in Autoline, you will be required to complete an application form. If you are successful, the next stage will be an invite to attend an interview. Our interview process is very structured, with questions designed to assess the candidates’ core competencies and role play exercises to allow the candidate to demonstrate their approach to various situations they may encounter in their role. If you have been successful, we’ll invite you in for your Induction so you can meet the Autoline team and begin your journey with us!
  • Our Induction Journey
    All staff begin their journey in our Autoline Academy, our dedicated skills and training programme. We like to think of each staff starting the first chapter of a new and exciting story with us. The Academy offers an opportunity to upskill work towards chartered accreditation in the insurance industry. New employees will receive dedicated support from a dedicated Trainer, in a learning style tailored to them and using a variety of methods to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their role. After an initial training period, the Trainer will work in partnership with the employee’s Manager to ensure a smooth transition so that new staff can ease you into their role and continue to receive ongoing coaching and support. We look forward to meeting you soon and helping you write the next chapter of your career at Autoline!
  • How we support the community
    As a local company and a leading employer, we want to give back to the communities in which we work. Each year, we select a hero charity that we raise money for, through fundraising events such as bake-offs, Spinathons and quizzes, organised by dedicated Charity Champions in each of our branches. This year, we are proudly supporting Air Ambulance Northern Ireland. The Air Ambulance started operating in Northern Ireland in July 2017 and since then have attended over 100 emergencies across the province. It takes £2 million pounds each year to support this service and keep the helicopter in the air and they rely on public donations to be able to keep going. We are proud to support such a vital service that helps so many families across the province, and we have lots of fun while raising much needed funds so that Air Ambulance can continue their fantastic work.
