You’ve joined the site, you’ve had a look around and applied for a few jobs. But did you know there is so much more Radar can do for you? Aside from just applying for the range of jobs we have available; we also have other features and benefits which we think will help you in finding your next role!
1. Follow Employers:
Find an employer on our site that you would love to work for, but they haven’t got a vacancy that’s right for you at the minute? Click the ‘Follow Employer’ button and you’ll be first to know of any new jobs the company posts, with an email directly to your inbox!
Don’t know where to start on writing a CV? Or maybe you need advice on how to nail an interview? Check out the Insights section on Radar for handy careers advice, as well as news and insights into various different industries, meaning you are well-informed and able to make the right career decisions. our Insights section also includes blogs from current students and recent graduates, giving you advice on everything from doing a placement year, to making the decision to move away or stay in Northern Ireland.
3. Filter your results:
Is flexible working more important to you than company size? Filter your search results based on company benefits, location, size and sector to see only the results that tick all your boxes.
4. Candidate Dashboard:
Want to apply for a job but aren’t quite ready yet? Use our ‘Shortlist’ feature to save it directly to your dashboard, meaning you can apply easily the next time you login. You can also use your dashboard to keep track of your CV sends or view the list of companies you have followed on the site. You can also directly upload your CV and/or cover letter, which means the next time it comes to applying for a job, it’s only a few clicks away!
